    We spend the first week inside your workflow: calls with the people doing the job, screen-shares of the tools they live in, audit of what's actually painful. We deliver a written diagnosis, not a rough estimate.

    Prototype

    A working prototype in 2–3 weeks. Real flows, real data, opinionated decisions. The point is to argue with something concrete, not chase a Figma file.

    Production build with CI, monitoring, and a clean handoff. We deploy and stay on the keyboard with you through the first 30 days of real usage.
