Sweeps five federal/state opportunity feeds nightly, dedupes, and scores each RFP 0–10 against the company's capability profile. Filters by NAICS, set-aside, due date, dollar value, and fit.
Qualification with citations
Six-factor Go/No-Go assessment plus deep risk analysis: red flags, capability gaps, competitive concerns, material obligations. Every finding is tied back to a specific clause in the RFP PDF.
Response workspace
Multi-user with project roles, section comments, presence indicators, optimistic concurrency, activity log, and per-section ownership. Extracts requirements, pricing items, and attachments into structured tables.
Draft generation
Dynamic blueprint adapts to the RFP's own structure when it specifies one. Drafts each section from workspace docs + document library + structured data, with per-section regenerate and inline edit.
