Booth dashboard showing 19 trade shows, total budget, upcoming shows list, and a 90-day outlook chart.
Overview

Booth replaces the spreadsheets, group chats, and after-hours scrambles that trade-show teams typically run on. Plan the show, budget it, assign the tasks, track the assets that ship to the floor, and see the whole calendar at a glance. The same codebase ships as a web app and a native desktop app.

  • 02Show planning with budgets, tasks, assets, and booth kits
  • 03Dashboard with spend, upcoming shows, and a 90-day outlook
  • 04Application-level PII encryption with plaintext columns dropped
  • 05Audit log, activity feed, notifications, and custom fields
  • 06Installable PWA plus a native desktop build via Tauri
  • 07Hardened CSP, HSTS, and security headers emitted per request
Inside the system

Capabilities, in plain language.

01

Show planning

Define the event, dates, location, and stage. Track every show from planning through logistics in a single list, with filters and calendar views.

02

Budget and spend

Per-show budgets that roll up into a program-level total, with upcoming spend broken out so finance is never surprised.

03

Tasks and assets

Assign the work, track what ships, and reuse booth kits between shows instead of rebuilding the packing list every time.

04

Team and permissions

Role-based access down to the data level, invitations, an audit log of who changed what, and a delete-account path that actually deletes.

stupidly good.

Bring us the messiest part of your operation. The thing you've been avoiding because the spreadsheet still kind of works. We build the replacement.
